One of the things I love about guided meditations is the ability to access other dimensions.

Your imagination can take you anywhere, out into the stars, to the land of fairy, deep into the earth, into caves of healing.

Most often there are guides, and beings there to teach and help you develop your senses.

Your brain wave pattern changes when you meditate. This has a very beneficial affect on the physical body. Alleviates tension , stress and relaxes you.

You do not need narcotics, to reach a happy relaxed state. Just train your brain !
