Imagine you are sitting by a fire in a cottage . Take time to look around .
There is a large dog sitting at your feet with it’s head on your lap .
You are gazing into each other’s eyes .
The unconditional love and it’s power fills up your heart from the dog .
Feel it , concentrate upon it .
Allow this love to circulate around your body until it becomes part of you .
Give the love to the dog also .
This love that has been created is the feeling you could have for your own .
Loving yourself and everything around you .
Repeat every day .
