Mindfulness , the Golden Key out of the half reality we live in .
When you are being mindful , you are Focussing in your Now moment, you are being you totally.
You slow down , and your awareness is on yourself and how you are being in the now.
This I believe is our true state of being , our true reality we perhaps should reside in .
Everything else we connect with is mostly a story out there and the trivia of useless knowledge thrust upon us. You do not need to clog up your brain, emotions, body with outside factors.
When you are being mindful about what you think and what you need you realise for inner peace happiness and contentment you just need to be in the Now .
Every Now moment connects with the next, and the next.
This means you are a very alert, focussed aware being with the choice of how to be.
