Wild untidy Garden better for mental health .

To me having a wild untidy garden feels right and natural.

The more you allow in nature , the more you will have a diverse group of Elementals and nature spirits, the more in balance your garden is going to be .

The more plants and wildflowers you have the more bees and insects and birds you will have .

This has an effect on your mood and well being, for you are part of the garden.

If you are obsessed with a well manicured garden … ask yourself why ?

Is nature like this ?

I have a rule that no plant can smother or cause distress to another , and that’s my criteria for being there.

The ambience , the feeling , the peace of a garden , the balance , the harmony all has a direct effect on you .

Humans have lost their connection to nature and themselves , being caught up with the train tracks of life.

We become mentally ill if we avoid nature .

The subtle energies of nature are a balm to the spirit and soul .

Slowing down , being yourself , being mindful , being aware , are all lessons nature teaches us if we will just stop outside and be in it .

Restructuring your Future after Retirement . Old age is fun.

Many people find it difficult to change from being employed to being free of the binds and chains of work .

All your life you have been directed , dictated to from childhood to school, to work . Now you are free !

Many create a similar environment by throwing themselves into Good works, local politics and charities .. trying to find a reason to be , a purpose. That’s fine so long as you give pause and thought to the other aspects of yourself .

This is because Spiritually you may be devoid of the awareness consciousness and knowledge of who you are , why you are , how you can be .

Thoughts and fears of old age and what it means can overwhelm .

Some people begin a catalog of illness and decline

Fear of having no boundaries , may scuttle people off to find some !

Look at your beliefs about old age your concerns about old age .

Fear of being alone

Dread

Not being able to cope

Loneliness , fear you will have no one to care or visit with .

Loss of friends and family

Loss of physical prowess

Loss of mental agility .

Fear of Alzheimer’s, Dementure .

Strong belief that old age means decrepitude.

Fear of the future

Fear of money worries

Loss of status , once retired , Being a nobody , when once you were a somebody in your eyes and the eyes of others .

Being insignificant

Being forgotten about .

Fear of dying , death , debilitating illness , being infirm , in a wheelchair , not being able to walk

Fear of stroke , heart attacks .

Fear you will copy your parents in their behaviours and beliefs .

These are all in the Morphogenic Reasonance… the beliefs , thoughts fears emotions of all people in the planet , it’s a thick black cloud which shuts out the light.

Time for it to be dissolved , and we do this by restructuring the way we are .

Have you become grumpy , dissatisfied, disillusioned, look at why , is there a need to be like this . Grumpy old man and women syndrome has become a fashion ,a dead end pathway that many have been enticed down , it’s not funny or fun being here .

So to restructure is to change perspective , change your mindset , change your thinking . Create new possibilities and probabilities .

set no thoughts fears , terrors and mindsets in stone of negative thinking about being older .

Do not plant the seeds and allow them to grow of all the negativity and fears .

Allow in possibilities of fun , joy , laughter, giggling , happiness .

Allow in change

Allow the idea that no boundaries and being free is freeing and wow what excitement is there to be had ?

Allow in Courage , and optimism .your glass is half full , and with something yummy.

Make new friends .

Allow yourself to look into your heart and work on the pain and issues you have locked away in there … give yourself the gift of healing ., this will free you , and set you on a path of renewal.

Allow yourself to become best friends with yourself , become self sufficient . Happy with your self and your own company

Find yourself .

Perhaps learn to meditate , slow down , listen , sing , play , find out what makes your heart sing and do those things .

Give yourself time, listen to the birdsong , smell the roses .

Expand your horizons, mind , thinking , being.

Enlighten .

Live now , be here now , enjoy the moment . Create your joy moment to moment .

Neonatal influences that define your traits and health today

Sue and I are working on our Neonatal influences that began our programs of the body systems and subtle body programs and miasmas .

You have to scrutinise yourself and look at your traits ,

Look at how you may have felt being in the womb , or your mother’s reactions and how she was ie …anxious, fearful ,

If any babies died in the womb

Siblings before you and how they were

If you were premature because you wanted to get out of there .

This leads to eating , sleeping patterns , anxiety , worry , and many others , not being able to slow down , adrenaline running all the time . You may have shut down or shut your mother out because you could not cope with her thoughtstreams and personal Miasma

Have a ponder and a brainstorm.

Trivia does it fill up your mind ? 

I was reading one of the Saturday papers whilst on holiday, as my husband likes to have a read of them.

We do not do this at home .

What struck me the most was the amount of mindless trivia that invaded my brain from what was written.

How much do we clog up our thinking with rubbish and drivel ? 

Celebrity gossip, false news , speculation, fear mongering, blatant lies .

We are bombarded with it . 

I never bother to know names of pop people ,actors or bands or the names of films or books or authors to me its unnecessary junk knowledge.

Our bodies respond to our thoughts and emotions, unnecessarily when its faced with trivia. 

Well informed research on subjects is a different matter, and may well be worth catching your attention.

Rest your mind , your emotions , slow down , unwind and perhaps watch what trivia  steals you away from your inner peace.

Mindfulness thinking …Self Realisation.

Do you need to compete with your neighbours , work colleagues or family ?
If so ask yourself why.

Is your goal monetary in life or happiness ?
What is the bottom line , what is really important to you ?

The acquisition of material rewards how important is this to you ?

Do you need to value yourself by the standards of others ?

Is it any of your business what others think of you ?
Why do you let it bother you ?
Do their opinions really count and define who you are ?

Have you given your power away to others ?
Do you need approval from others , like fathers and mothers ?

What beliefs do you have that are not yours but thrust upon you ?

What makes you smile , remember it !
What makes you laugh out loud ?
